-- Wednesday--

Prep: hot water wash with Stirling bath soap
Razor: Frankenrazor made of Hallmark top plate, Fatip base plate and Ikon bulldog handle
Blade: Perma-Sharp Super (3)
Brush: Semogue Owners Club 2012 SE mixed hair
Soap: Cella
Scuttle: Georgetown Pottery G5 in Hamada glaze (used as brush scuttle)
Post: Thai Crystal deodorant alum stick and Simpson Aftershave Balm

Result: BBS in 3+ passes. Again some irritation in places. I think I have been shaving every three days and now going back to every two days is bugging my skin a little. Nothing bad and the redness goes away in an hour or so. I may switch to a milder blade after the Perma-Sharp is done (another shave or two). That sometimes helps. I have also been on Mike's soap kick and today went back to one of my all time favorites, Cella. Wow! Still an amazing soap and dare I say, slicker than Mike's. Post shave feel is not as nice as Mike's, of course, but the glide is nothing short of incredible.
