I remember that some time ago, probably over a year ago, I mentioned that I enjoy taking surveys. One group I have been dealing with for a few months now is working with The UPS Store, which is promoting itself as a specialist for small businessmen.

Twice a month they ask you to give your opinion of one of their ideas, and once a month they have a chat (usually with an expert) regarding an aspect of doing business, such as promoting your business on the internet.

As compensation, they give you $20-$30 a month in Amazon gift cards.

They are now looking for some new people, so if this sounds appealling to you, you are welcome to go here:

I received an email today from the people I mentioned in the OP, saying that there are only a couple of weeks left to sign up, if you are interested.

This is going on again. They are looking for small businessmen who are willing to once or twice a month discuss briefly their thoughts about various business-related subjects. They typically pay $20 a month in Amazon gift cards. In December they paid me $150, but I don't know if they'll ever do that again.

They get points for frugality. My independent work apparently didn't qualify.

This is on once again. They are looking for new participants.

I can recommend it. I've picked up a number of ideas.

The UPS Store is looking for American small business owners again.

They are no longer giving out $30 a month. Nowadays, $15 a month is typical. However, I feel that I have gained from reading about the experiences of other small business owners.
