DR Harris Almond soap stick. Love the performance, but the jury is still out for me on the scent.

I know what you mean. I was pretty sure I could grow to enjoy that scent, but it didn't happen, unfortunately.

I used a Sultans Frankincense prototype, a free sample. It is actually soft enough to scoop out like a cream, which I did. Its lathering, cushion, and glide were adequate, the scent was pleasant, and its skin care properties were fantastic. I'm not sure I would buy it (depending upon size of container and price), but it provided an excellent shave.

Wendell, Really? I love the scent of that stuff, it's perhaps my favourite hard shave soap. VERY 'old school' to be sure...eau de quinine we finally realized.

Valobra 100 gm Fougére hard shaving soap.

Nice performer, pleasant but subtle scent.
