Well, if I used this "method", I could leave off the 30 minute cardio workout in the morning.

I don't know if, being a relative noob I am qualified to comment on that video.

But I have to say, I found it rather odd shall we say!

There aint no way I would ever attempt to shave at that speed, I just don't see the point of it to be honest. As for the shaving soap in a cloth, why? What is its advantage over a brush?

Just plain weird to me I'm afraid :(

I believe this is posted elsewhere here, but Mr. Charles Roberts passed away early in 2016. I believe he was a good guy, and passionate about his shaving innovations.

Again I tried to get through the video and again I failed. This time I was surprised that he used a mere cloth and not a substrate or similar substitute word. I think that's why I just can't get through the video; he has too many substitute words for everyday items to lend (false) credibility to what he was doing.
