Current favorites are Weber DLC and PH, Muhle Jet, and Feather AS-D2.

Each razor exhibits different shaving characteristics but each provides me with a superb shave.

Still using a Schick Krona most mornings which is holding up well considering it's age. Not as old as me of course but it's up there.

My Merkur 34G gets the most use. It always gives me a close, comfortable shave and it isn't real choosy about which blade I use. Second place goes to my Jagger DE89L.

My favorite and best shaving razor is a polished Merkur Futur. Next and not as reliable for me is a Shick Hydro 5. I also rotate a lot of old Gillettes and disposables.

Most of my shaves are done with a Gillette ball end tech. Probably 4-5 times a month I'll use the Gillette NEW. I used a long handled super adjustable every day for several years. I find the thinner head of the 3 piece razors easier to manipulate around the "touchy" areas of my face. When in a hurry, I grab the canned soap and the trac II.

Good choices. The slender profiles do a much better job in the tight places.

Trac II is an oldie and a goodie. Thanks for reminding me of this old classic.

Still rocking my Gillette adjustable. I like any of the adjustables from Gillette ..... not that I adjust them much -- basically keeping them at 5, but I like the profile of the heads, and love the mechanics and engineering behind them.

I've decided what I like most is the ability to get a really close and smooth shave without harshness. I've already listed the razors I like, but in practice, there are two razors that provide the kind of shaves I like. Darwin Deluxe stainless and Mongoose polished stainless. I still like all those other razors, even though I've discontinued using them for daily shaving purposes.

Schick Krona, Gillette pre-war Canada Tech (most aggressive Tech of all) & Feather Popular. I have several other old Gillettes, but rarely use them anymore. I cannot get through a shave using one of their combed New DE razors w/o cutting myself on the chin or around my mouth. Just a tad too aggressive for me.

Brought out an old Lord Smart razor last year after dropping a Slim and damaging beyond use.

After some adjustment to technique, found I liked it better than the Gillette adjustables I had been using.
Liked it so much so that I bought a Lord L.125 (latest version version of the L6/1822) for travel. Use it with
the handle from an L5 ("Tech") so that it fits nicely in a travel soap case.

While shaving today at the health club, a young man asked me: "Sir, what is that razor you're using?"
He was familiar with the Astra SS blade I was using, but his interest seemed piqued when I told him
how much these Merkur knockoffs can be had for online ($10-12).
