Hello
Hello
I started shaving about 45 yrs ago with a DE razor and my dad's can of foam. After a few years of razor burn and cuts I switched to an electric. Periodically I've tried the cartridge system and went right back to my Braun. The Braun is dying.
I've been reading enough about wet shaving lately to decide to give it a try again. I tried the cartridge club first. I cancelled after the first shipment. Very disappointing. Fortunately I found shaving forums and ended up here. The information here led me to shaving creams, soaps, oils, razors, blades and brushes. Essentially, all the toys to make shaving enjoyable. I'm looking forward to a long time of trying different things. I never had a shave as close as I have now. No blood either. SWMBO likes to stroke my face now. Added bonus.
