MY BIG wish

My big wish is that the USPS / UPS/ Fedex people came up with some type of product identifying system that would 'see' when shaving stuff was in a package and once identified, they gave the package to an elite team of delivery specialists that would make sure the package was delivered earlier enough in the morning for you to use for that days shave! Im not asking for too much am I?????????????

Im probably being a big baby, but it drives me nuts to have that battle in my head: shave now or wait for delivery later today.

I suppose it's good to be able to have that problem.

UPS always delivers to us last in the day, so 7PM is not unusual. USPS delivered at 10AMish in the past, but now we're lucky if we get our mail before 3PM. FedEx is the early one now. We can see them as early as 11AM.

If you start shaving at night your problem wouldn't exist.

Yeah, some guys hold off shaving for a while if they think they have a package coming later on. I've thought about it, but I don't think I've actually ever done it that way.

Well, Clive, I shave at night, so delivery is always plenty early for me.

an update as an fyi.....I didnt wait I gave it serious consideration and even went back to see what carrier had it on the truck. usps!!! I knew then it wasnt coming before 5pm. If it was ups (12-2) I think I would have waited. This shaving habit is too much lol

Clive, where I am, I tend to get USPS deliveries much earlier than UPS deliveries. It must depend upon where one is in their respective routes.

For me the secret has been simple. Order so many things here and there that I have no idea when this or that will arrive. I also don't check tracking numbers and if I buy things online regularly enough, there will ALWAYS be something new in the mailbox!

So, Im like that too and I wonder if the carriers think I own some type of store in the basement , HOWEVER, and I don't know why when it comes to shaving stuff I MUST know my orders status every second of the day until I have it in my hands....maybe one of the docs on the list can prescribe some good drugs for me LOLOLOLOLOL
