Started slowly.
- Not happy with Gillettte cartridge blade prices so switched to Dollar Shave Club.
- Started looking at shave creams and gels at local Men's store.
- Found a $14 Edwin jagger NOS brush on eBay. My tube of Proaso outlived the brush.
- Then came EJ Mach 3 Chatsworth handle,
- Then EJ Badger badger brush at local Men's store. T
- Then Feather MR3 cartridge razor.
- Then EJ89.
- Started to Google 10 best shaving lists - joined SMF and another forum in 2015.
- Purchased Mergress XL & Goodfella OC razor (still use the Goodfella a few times every year)
- Decided I needed a custom made Mervyn Cadman brush
- etc ..........

I myself started back in 2007, when in my local stores haven`t disposables with one blade (like Bic Metal), and I just bought some Wilkinson Sword blades. Loaded a blade in my dad`s old safety razor (bulgarian, copy of Gillette Super Speed) and was so impressed with the comfort of shave, so I decided to put in trash my Sensor Excel and .. the other is history 8)
Lolita Haze: Do you always have to shave twice a day?
Humbert Humbert: Yes, of course, because all the best people shave twice a day (from the film Lolita (1962))
