Welcome to in my opinion the best shaving forum on the web – even though it isn't as active as it once was! It seems that the discussions on the boards tends to be more towards artisanal soaps and away from the "classics", which is fine I guess. I've tried a few artisan made soaps and they have all worked fine but I've sold most of them and now tend to stick only to the British alternatives or vintage soaps, I'm more of a "cream guy" and I enjoy the more subdued scents the British produce. Also, I think its good just only for diversity that there is at least one forum where the discussions are not just about the latest new artisan soap from whatever new soap maker out there.
