Monday night.
razor - Frankenrazorock: RazoRock Old Style head on a RazoRock Hawk handle
blade - Astra SS (18)
soap - Barrister + Mann Seville
brush - 24 mm SynBad
post - warm water rinse, "Pure & Natural" Alum stick, cold water rinse
AS - Reuzel
.

I started off with the RR Old Style head (21 g) on its usual Barber Pole SS handle (70 g).
:-k Then I went "hmm...", and swapped the handle out and put the head on a Fat Handle (34 g) from a Tech.
That felt better, but a bit too short. [-( Odd, because I like it with the Tech head.
Then for the second and third pass I installed the handle from my RazoRock Hawk which is only 23 g, but longer (85 mm) than the Fat handle (77.1 mm).
Goldilocks time!
\:D/ The balance and combined weight (21+23 = 44 g) was great.

Tuesday SOTN
razor - QShave Futur clone on 4 (WTG) then 5 (ATG)
blade - Astra SS (19)
soap - a "croam" (croap + cream) of Proraso White plus Gillette Pure
brush - Stirling 2-Band Synthetic
post - warm water rinse, "Pure & Natural" Alum stick, cold water rinse
AS - Chatillon Lux Pure Lavender

The PW+GP croam was rilly nice.
I initially disliked Proraso White (and Green for that matter), and just came up with this croam recipe to use it up.
Now though, I'll probably buy some more after it runs out.

I'm curious about what tool you used to "Segalify" the blade.
Curved scissors?

John. I used the cuticle scissors and a template I found
Online. I since purchased some blades on the bay to use as a
Template. First effort worked but practice makes perfect.
I would love to add a Segal Adjustable to the mix as it’s a pretty decent shaver.

Thursday SOTN
razor - Edwin Jagger DE87
blade - Astra SS (20)
soap - The Body Shop Maca Root & Aloe
brush - Stirling 2-Band Synthetic
post - warm water rinse, "Pure & Natural" Alum stick, cold water rinse
AS - Mennen Skin Bracer

I was going to toss the Astra SS after 20, but now I'm curious to see how much further I can take it.
I'll have to switch from a D20 to Percentile dice to keep count.
