What is your favorite toilet paper?

Feel free to post anything unrelated to wet shaving or men's grooming (I.e. cars, watches, pens, leather goods. You know, the finer things of life).

What is your favorite toilet paper?

Post by Johnnie »

I was just wondering what your favorite toilet paper is? I hate the ones that roll up while you are doing your business. Generally those are the less expensive brands. Quilted Northern is a good value and wont roll up. What do you guys think?

I think that cottonelle is a good brand.

I go with the Charmin extra soft double roll that they sell @ Costco. Best value for the money.

I tell my wife to get anything but Cottonelle. It seems to roll up. Glad to see someone else is having the same problem I have been having, my wife has no clue when I tell her about the roll ups.

Two words: Baby Wipes. Try them once, you'll never go back to normal TP!

Well, I suppose this could fit under 'grooming' in a loose sort of way...ahem....not quite the usual sort of topic...hope it doesn't set a precedent....very well, original Charmin, nothing else will do! Gordon

Nope. They flush just fine. I don't have a septic tank, and I am on the city sewer system, so I can't vouch for septic systems, but they work just fine on the city systems...

Any particular brands for which you vouch?

Gotta go with Charmin on this one . . . except the bears in their new commercials kind of give me the creeps . . . :?

I've thought this thread was in the toilet since the beginning! But, since I'm making a smart remark, guess I'll put in my vote for Charmin.

i'm going against the grain on this one, because i like Scott TP. it lasts and lasts, and is soft enough not to tear a new one where one exists.
