Yeah, looks like Pete's reply to the thread was about 2 years after the post that he replied to. If you were addressing me, my reply was posted within one hour of Pete's and that was 4 years before your reply.
Chris, by cracky, you're right. It's a fact that I received an automated email notification just this morning of your (2015) post in response to mine, and of course I didn't double check the date as closely as I double checked the date and time of Pete's post and my own reply. Please excuse me! Since I have accepted your correction to mine, will you agree that one hour is a far cry from having a fixation on old posts, and even quicker than 6 weeks? (All in fun here, no elevated metabolism!)
Maybe a helpful update to the subject of this thread. Since I started using this method (due to the retirement of the old SMF Gallery) I have had no problems doing it this very speedy and simple method adding photos in my SMF posts.

When you attach the image to your post using the Upload Attachment Browse button below the post composing field, the iPad will then let you navigate to and choose the resized image.Rufus wrote:The Shave Nook (sorry chaps) has a functionality that allows me to post photographs from my IPad directly to a thread. Does SMF have such a functionality?
