Ok I am in New York visiting my parents for the holidays. I know there are some shaving shops in New York however I am not familiar with any of them. I made an appointment for my brother, my father and myself at the New York Shave Company before we go to dinner later this week but right now I am looking for a place to pick up a new brush and maybe some soap or a DE razor. I am mainly wanting something difficult or hard to find online, not your everyday stuff but good reviews above all else. Any local advice is appreciated. I am in midtown right now and not really looking for a train ride out to one of the boroughs but if you promise the trip is worth it I may take it.
