Congrats, Paul. I'm glad you had a positive result, and i'm sure this will continue. Insofar as looking at soaps, i would suggest the Bodyshop soap/cream bearing in mind you live here. The scent might not be for you, but you can always have a whiff in the shop first. Also, go into a Lush shop if you...

Dean, I'm in a similar position to you. Currently i use a DE on my face, but a Mach 3 on my head - mainly because i didn't have the confidence to use my Merkur on my head. I did try an HD headshave a couple of days ago though, and it wasn't as awkward as i thought it would be. It was a bit patchy, b...

I thought it was pretty interesting too.

Found it last night and watched it before bed. Definitely made me think a little more about my shave this morning.

Absolutely. I use it both pre and post shave too, and this works really well for me.jww wrote:My devotion to Skin Food over the past years has been greatly enhanced since I started using it as a pre-shave application. I use it pre and post and find it's as good as any other product I have ever used.

Everyday: Baxter's Italian Lime soap - my favourite scent is lime, and i find this to be an excellent soap. It smells great, lathers well, very reasonably priced and i even think they look fantastic. Original Source Lime shower gel - works well with the soap, very nicely priced. Korres Quince Body B...

Headshaving with a DE?
Hi guys, I have thick wavy hair, but i normally just clipper it down as closely as possible (no guard) just for the sake of neatness, and if i'm honest laziness, on my part. Sometimes, however, i do like to shave it with a razor. The best method i've found so far is Trumper's Lime Skin Food as a pre...

I use their Facial Scrub once a week and find i get excellent results with it. I also use their Italian Lime soap daily, and i absolutely love it. I'm curious to try their body wash, but i've been using the lime scented Original Source shower gel for so long now, i think the rot has set in on that o...
