I would suggest you should consider maybe melt and pour the qed into a mug. That will provide the easiest way to learn how to use it in my opinion.

You might want to try using an olive oil based soap to clean your face prior to shaving. Another thing that I have been doing is I get glycerine and mix it with some water to help pull some moisture into my skin.

Surrey Brushes SUCK! I bought one for a trip when i forgot my brush (Don't ask), and It has a giant glob of glue in the center of the brush. It dumps water even more than my burma shave brush did. It was like shaving with a porqupine! That went into the trash without even trying to finish lathering!

I think rather than attach an insert onto the end of the brush make it a wood end cap and just drill out a circle on the end of the brush so you can put a disc in the end of it. That way the wood lines aren't broken up.

Joel was asking is what you thought of this particular shape not starting over with new wood choices etc at least to my interpretation of the thing. Could be wrong it has happened before. My girlfriend always has told me so I know it happens

Forget bottled water. Just buy distilled water. You can get that stuff for a buck a gallon!

I say we go with one of those shapes. The handle I am guessing will be a bit different because 26 mm from what I can see is a much larger knot that is in them currently. I say we stick with the same wood that was already agreed on. It doesn't make sense to try to start that over again!

Joel that with a larger knot and less thin top of handle would be pretty cool!
