WTT: Blades for MWF

18 Iridium Super
8 Gillette Sharp Edge (Yellow)
2 Astra Superior Platinum

For a new puck of Mitchell's Wool Fat

(I know this is an odd number of blades - they're all I have left of each particular one - but I thought, colllectively, they may be worth a puck of MWF to someone.)

Thanks,
Larry

Ha! It was pretty quick.

I've convinced myself that some other blades work about as well for me, and I'm itching to try a new cream/soap with a little extra cash. (Still have some left though)

I'll probably end up regretting this. :)

I have a Slim Adjustable that I paid way more for than this one (although it is in mint condition), so this is a very good deal on a very good razor. My particular version is also nostalgic to me because it is the vintage of the year I started shaving- 1962- and if memory serves me, the same razor I...

I also have a Gillette Slim Adjustable (H2) in excellent condition that I would be willing to trade as a portion of the transaction.

So my answer is, for the purpose of giving the benefit of doubt: I take about 10 minutes after I get out of the shower, no rushing at all. This is one of those personal things, like brushing your teeth, that, if not varied much from day to day, tends to produce a fairly repetitive time. FWIW, I tend...

Folks can get a little carried away on Ebay. But who am I to judge value......I guess things are worth what people are willing to pay for them.

This modern term seems to characterize obsessive, even often trivial participation in ones' hobby or area of interest. To me, it's about those who have a real passion for what they're doing, and who often get a lot out of their lives because of it. And, if I want to take an honest look at myself, fo...

Review of shaving soap sample received from Shave Junkie

Recently, one of the posters here, Shave Junkie, sent out shave soap samples to a few folks , myself included, and asked that they give their impressions of it. If this should go in another section, please feel free to relocate. The soap sample I received is a glycerin-based soap, fairly dark brown ...

Man, sixty seconds sounds like a long time to load Cella, or pretty much any soap for that matter. Now I'm wondering if I've been doing this wrong. Is this what most of you do?
