Disc golf?? You mean FROLF? Frisbee golf I don't know if it is a regional thing to call it FROLF, but I have never heard anyone who actually plays the game call it that. Modern discs are very specialized (particularly drivers, which are sharp-edged) and bear only a resemblance to the Frisbees that ...

You know, I've been on this forum for over 3 years, and I don't recall ever feeling the need to jump into someone's thread and #$% all over it.

However, there are obviously some here who can't resist doing just that.

Fortunately, this forum is sufficiently large that no one need waste their time reading topics which are of no interest to them.

Now the statement about old plastic being better is a bit of a stretch these days, but when I first started playing Innova changed plastic from Champion Edition (CE) (real hard, durable plastic) to what was called Champion plastic. Some of the CE discs would sell upwards of $200 for one disc on eba...

I've been playing for over 10 years. It is a blast. If you have ever enjoyed throwing Frisbees, and live anywhere near a course, you should give it a try. Here is the web site for the Professional Disc Golf Association web site. There is a lot of good information there (including a course directory ...

Nice. Good timing on reviving this thread. My birthday is Monday (Groundhog Day), so this is known on the family calendar as my weekend of bacon. Bacon and eggs for breakfast, BLTs for lunch and snacks, etc. I don't actually eat a lot of bacon throughout the year, but I do indulge completely in baco...

Thanks. Good luck, I hope you get one. The best price I found was on a site called moontrail.com for $125 delivered. Oops--I just checked and saw that the plain edge is out of stock.

I have a CRKT edc (every day carry) style knife (old m16, tanto style blade for easy sharpening, non serrated). When I upgrade it (its been through the washing machine 10 times and keeps going), I'd go for a reverse tanto, most likely the benchmade 940 or 950. My Benchmade 940 was delivered to my o...

The Futur is unique in its sound. More so than with any other razor, I can hear each hair "pop" as it is cut.
