The lavender is good, but when girls see that purple soap in the bathroom I get that suspicious look! I like to switch between the lavender and the sandalwood. I shave four times a week (now every day I am having so much fun) and the soap would last about 10 months. I don't go down to the end, so ma...

Remember, you don't have to buy the wooden bowl, just the soap. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I'm very new to DE shaving but I've used taylors soap for all of my shaving life (I'm 44). I once tried a cream way back when I thought that by using Aramis I had a direct route into a woma...

Soap for a very dry skin
It's not really even winter here yet in NJ, and already my skin is starting to split from the dryness. I hate creams and lotions and so if any of you know an extremely good moisturizing soap I would be ultra grateful for the recommendation. I've always used Dove which may be part of the reason my sk...

unless the water is already getting cold when you shower. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Yep......Worse than a girl. Stand there having a beer or two working on the lobster look! The shower isn't a big deal since I don't enjoy the shave as much as I do when the beard isn't so soaked....

8 days and I still have a face, but........
my experience seems to be contrary too that of the many posters. I have a miniature water heater so showering and shaving afterwards isn't going to happen in the near future. Instead, what I did was I lathered my face and left it while I shaved my head, then washed it off and lathered again. I follo...
