It's really discouraging to see the ever-increasing pursuit of ill-gotten gains. I'm sorry that you have become a target.

Thank you Murray! It certainly seems as if this kind of thing has become a lot more common since the Pandemic.

We definitely plan on going after him. My lawyer has several clients who have been sued by this same guy.

Frivolous ADA Lawsuits

This past Wednesday (4/12/23) I was served with a civil lawsuit seeking $25,000 in damages due to my website supposedly not being ADA Compliant. The current version of my website was launched merely six months ago and the developers emphasized that it would meet all ADA requirements so my spidey sen...

Re: Injector razors

Buy the Schick blades if you can. Schick has a few different varieties, Be forewarned that the Schick B20 blades do not come with the "key". If you need the key, the Chinese made Schick blades are your best bet. I would avoid the Parker blades. It is my understanding that they are re-brand...

Something New From Antiga Barbearia de Bairro

We received a shipment from Antiga Barbearia the other day that included their new aftershave balms in all three of their signature scents. We also received a re-stock of their aftershave splashes, colognes and shaving creams. ABB is perhaps Portugal's best kept secret and absolutely deserves a spot...

Re: Cataracts

Ah, if the intra-ocular lens implants have cylindrical correction, it must be to counter the effects of a cornea that has some cylindrical aberration. Going back to Murray's post I see this was the case. I believe that can be measured externally, otherwise one wouldn't know what kind of lens to imp...

Re: Blackstone grill

I'm tempted to add a flat top grill such as the Blackstone. It would be great for breakfast (pancakes, bacon, eggs etc) and would also be great for Philly cheese steaks. For burgers and steak, I prefer the BGE. The lump charcoal definitely adds flavor.

Re: Cataracts

Astigmatism is detected at optometry, when the big black glasses go on and different lenses are put in. Astigmatism is a cylindrical distortion of your lens, rather than spherical as for myopia or hypermetropia. This means the lens is curved more in one direction than in others. So you put in a cyc...

Asylum English Creams

I know when something has been out for awhile, it is easy to forget about it. I just wanted to remind you about the Asylum English Creams . These are made in England by the same manufacturer as the famous English creams. They are just as good (if not better) and are a fraction of the price.  https:/...

I highly recommend a Kamado style grill. I have both a Big Green Egg and a Kamado Joe and use them for everything from smoking to searing to baking. https://i.imgur.com/GlyliJD.jpg https://i.imgur.com/eSQ5u82.jpg https://i.imgur.com/L71F6NN.jpg https://i.imgur.com/SeY0C3r.jpg https://i.imgur.com/u1t...

Re: Gordon or Bernards66

No luck from that clinic. A name search in Tampa with 'psychotherapist' gave me that clinic name and indicated he worked there. But he'd be 75 now and retired. They said he had never worked there. Does anyone (maybe a Florida lawyer) have access to reports from 411.com? This page is for a Gordon Ge...

Re: Cataracts

I had both eyes done in 2014. Cataracts were corrected as well as my vision. In the beginning I had 20-10 vision which was miraculous, considering I started wearing glasses when I was about 10 years old. Then in 2017 I had a "stroke" in the right eye which resulted in a band of nothing bu...

Re: Cataracts

Phil, I imagine it's a little different from individual to individual, but my developing cataracts were first identified in 2017 or 2018. I hadn't had my eyes checked in a long time, so I can't say when the condition would otherwise have been first detected. I had surgery for both eyes in 2022, on ...

Phil, pro tip: When oncoming headlights at night start to look yellow then it's time to get it done. I pushed it a couple years too long. Thank you Ed. I really like Hendrick's Gin. The juniper is there but not overpowering. It is infused with cucumber which sounds a bit odd but is actually very refreshing.
