Monday SOTN - I can almost see the bottom of the PIF box.
razor - O2 Black-Handled Super-Speed
blade - Shaverboy Stainless Steel (11)
soap - Stirling "Scots Pine Sheep" (new to me)
brush - Simpson Special 1
post - warm water rinse, "Pure & Natural" Alum stick, cold water rinse
AS - Proraso Red splash
music - streaming "Tejano Tiempos Pasados" via the TuneIn Radio app

Another BBS.
About the soap: I detected nae Pine, nae Sheep, nor even any Scots, but it worked just fine.

My goodness! All that for just one shave?
I must say though, that I like the label on that Humphrey's Witch Hazel bottle. Who wouldn't want to grab it off the shelf and throw it on your face?
Does it actually smell like Lilacs?

Yes it does smell like Lilac! Great stuff! You’ll note most of the stuff I use is menthol-related. My morning shave is the highlight of my day, and at 73 I enjoy them one day at a time! So yes I do romp and frolic in the menthol every morning!

Tuesday SOTN - Still some stuff from the PIF box.
razor - Gillette Old
blade - Shaverboy Stainless Steel (12)
soap - Truefitt & Hill "1805" cream (new to me)
brush - Stirling 2-Band Synthetic
post - warm water rinse, DSA "Pure & Natural" Alum stick, cold water rinse
AS - Brut
music - CHMA-FM 106.9 campus radio

Still a painless BBS from the Shaverboy blade.

The "1805" was from one of those little cardboard 5 g sample packets, like these:
Image
I could've used only half of it, but using all 5 g was pretty luxurious. I don't think I'd spend $30 on the 190 g tub.
"Scent: A fresh oceanic fragrance with top notes of Bergamot, Mandarin and Cardamon, combined with a Lavender, Geranium and Clary Sage heart resting on a Sandalwood, Cedar Wood and Musk base."
- I did get a vague "outdoorsy" scent of some kind. Not much in the way of Bergamot though.

About the Brut AS - Don't judge me. I just want to finish off the little (80 ml) spray bottle and fill it with Clubman Vanilla. Hopefully not too much of the Brut scent remains. I've always thought of Brut as an immature Pinaud Clubman Classic anyway, so it should not clash too much.

If you can't spend the Glorious Twelfth on a grouse moor, you can at least shave well!

Wednesday SOTN - Still some stuff from the PIF box.
razor - Edwin Jagger DE87
blade - Shaverboy Stainless Steel (13)
soap - RazoRock Classic (new to me)
brush - Stirling 2-Band Synthetic
post - warm water rinse, DSA "Pure & Natural" Alum stick, cold water rinse
AS - Italian Barber "Amici" splash
music - CHMA-FM 106.9 campus radio

Shaverboy blade on #13 - still a painless BBS, which is good, because 100 more of them arrived in the mail today. \:D/
The soap was a shapeless lump in a generic container, so I rubbed it on my face like a stick. It perform pretty well, much like the other RR soaps and croaps. I shall have to see if I can press it into something like a small puck.
