A couple of straight razors to start my collection off.

First of all, a "Crown Castle" blade.

Next, a "Fastcut" blade.

Star DE's, similar to the gillette tech but a superior handle in both looks and weight, great mild shavers:

Gem Push Button Gold

Here is my Gem Push Button Gold. Sorry about the poor pics:

I don't believe this razor was ever used. There was not blade in it, and the last pic contains the paper cut out that
was actually inside the razor.

Haven't seen any others of these...I have seen the similar GEM no-name razor sometimes called "The G" razor (by withthegrain I think). But this is not a GEM branded one. It is a British made Everyready. It is also brand new, never opened!

An old ivory set of straight razors, my daily shavers. All Spaulding except one that has been replaced with a Henkels blade.

This is from c white -

I thought it might be interesting to post some pictures of really unusual razors that we've run across or purchased. I'll start with some from ebay auctions (which I didn't bid on BTW)

First, the one I dub the "Gillette Canteen"

This next one seems to be an old 2-bar type razor... but made completely out of bakelite

continuing on with the theme of unusual ebay razors is this neat little matchbook disposable....

It folds out from a matchbook shape into a disposable razor!

The seller lists it as a Lucky Strike Disposable from 1932
