Joel,

Bummer. Bad news all around. Don't you hate it when a "big business" screws the little guy.

You don't expect such problems from little business. With the brush, does the problem lie with Bernd or with FedEX or some other shipper?

We appreciate the updates, as we are all lusting to see photos of the brush!

Joel wrote:The shipping issue has nothing to do with Bernd - it is Fedex. It isn't that it is being held up with delivery, it is Fedex's unwillingness to change the time they plan on delivering the package, or meeting you at a different address. Fedex is just as terrible as UPS, I go out of my way to NOT purchase products from companies that use UPS/FEDEX because I have had such terrible results.

As far as uploading pictures - there are a few problems with Internet cafes. First of all they rarely will have FTP software installed on their computers, and rarely allow users access to install programs - so chances are no upload programs, and no camera software. Also - at least with internet cafe's in this area, the computers are in locked cases, so you cannot plug devices into them. I do have a laptop, and I could upload them that way - however I work 2 jobs, and usually by the time I am off work, most coffee shops are closed. If I somehow get the brush tomorrow sometime, I'll try to make it to an internet cafe during the weekend - but since I just moved, I had planned on unpacking this weekend and getting my new place set up, but provided I get the brush - i'll make sure some pics find there way on here.
How about some nice VERBAL pictures? That would do for a starter.... 8-[

Ron
