Razar shaving cream - from Tunisia

Post by crackstar »

This is a cream from Tunisia, which is also popular in Algeria, Morocco, and Libya, and used in barbershops in these countries.

Ease of lathering: 10/10--A small dab explodes into rich lather fast!

Longevity of lather: 10/10--Great stability.

General skincare: 8/10--Seems to moisturize and protect the skin well.

Scent: 7/10--Right now, I'm not too impressed, but it could grow on me later.

Price: 10/10--Sells for pennies in North Africa. Great budget stuff.

Would I buy again: N/A--I don't know. I'll have to wait and see.

This is a fantastic latherer with great blade glide from the glycerin and lanolin, and it gives pretty suitable moisturizing. This was my 1st ever shave with it, so I'll need a a little more time with it to decide whether it's my kind of cream or not. The scent may be a little too sporty and a little too untraditional for me. In general, this cream seems to be a good performer.
