Gillette Model #58 & Schick Platinum blade
D R Harris's H3 Super badger
Taylors Rose shave cream
D R Harris's Pink A/S
Taylors Sandalwood
This is my oldest brush. I bought it at Cambridge Chemists around 2001 but the brush was actually made considerably before that date, perhaps as early as the early '90s. I was never able to find out for sure who actually made it. Gary seemed quite convinced that it was from Simpson but I still suspect that it might have been made by the old RA Rooney company. The bristle is fine gauge and it's very densely packed and very soft on the face. It's somewhat discolored due to my having used it so much with the old Taylor's Rose cream but it worked just fine with this newer version as well...real nice lather!

The Super Speed with the 7 O’Clock Blues is on day five. I am back with the Stirling MITA-great soap! The Blues and MITA are doing as good as the first day. I finished with Krampert’s Bay Rum. TGIF & Holiday Weekend!

The Mystic Waters shave soap redeemed itself today after 2-3 poor shaves. Using MORE water than Michelle's directions
suggest, was able to soap up and face lather a very satisfactory lather. It took 2 1/2 passes and some chin and jawline
buffing to obtain a DFS+ result, with only one (repeat) nick. Don't know if the MW shave soap will earn a permanent slot
in the rotation, but it took a big step forward with this morning's performance
