Vulfix 2233s is great!

Post by chris1978 »

I finally got the Vulfix 2233 Small super brush last monday and it been using twice and I love It! This is a great size to use. I lathering up the shaving cream by using the Truefitt & Hill Ultimate Comfort Unsceted and it was super thick lather. It hold up very well. I love my brush. I'm very happy now. I think small is better than medium or large brush. I enjoy it!

Anyone who has the Vulfix series, was your favorite brush to use?

Great news, Chris! I'm glad you have finally found the right brush in the right size. A lot of us end up trying a lot of brushes before we find the right one.

Chris I think the smaller brushes work very well, at least they do for me.

Yes it is. My Vulfix is the only brush I regret selling. I'm glad you are enjoying it!
Best,

Vulfix for me, definitely underrated as far as I can determine. Four of my five current brushes are Vulfix and all of them perform with equal ease and poise.
Good shaving,

I find Vulfix brushes to be exceptionally efficient for lathering in a bowl. I don't think a brush could be better optimized for this application.

Chris, Well, it's taken you some time and considerable trial and error ( as it has for some other members ) but it sounds like you are finally pulling together the kit that really works for you. FWIW, I agree that a Vulfix Super brush ( regardless of which size one prefers ) and a T&H cream can not really be beat for creating consistently excellent lather with a minimum of fuss. Congratulations!

Chris,

Good to see shave gear is coming together. Over time it appears you have struggled to find the right razor/blade/brush/soap combination that works for you. If the current gear works, please stay with it for a while and not introduce another variable.
