Hard to tell without seeing it, but almost guaranteed to cut and rip your face.

its a beauty, one end has a gap of about 4 or 5 on a fat boy, other end is about 2.

But a bent base plate is not a slant. I suppose you may want to just go ahead and use it to shave with, and find out whether or not you are pleased with the results.

Nic slants work by basically reproducing the angle we naturally hold a straight razor which you can also do with a fixed head DE if you want.
