My (and maybe everybody's) Groupon is offering two 30 oz. RTIC's for $37.99 today.

Re: Yeti Coolers and Cups
I recently purchased a Corkcicle that I am quite happy with. May be looking at a RTIC cooler bag soon though.
Re: Yeti Coolers and Cups
I have 2 Yeti coolers. They will last forever if not stolen, and more than twice the weight of a cheap one. If you have one and use it you will replace your ice every 2 days. If you put refrigerated drinks in it, they melt the ice. If you put room temp. water in it you will really melt the ice. Why pay 10X the price and only marginally improve ice retention? On the other hand, I hear the cups WORK! I've heard nothing but good reports on cups.
ARB, (an Australian company) makes a small 12/24v DC, 110V AC refrigerator that only draws a couple of amps from your battery. It will shut down before killing your battery too. They are EXPENSIVE, but loaded with great features. Wal-Apart sells cheap ones that will not last long, and quickly kill your battery. A nice ARB or Engel will run you around $800 US.
You can take water bottles out of the freezer section and put them into the refrigerator section during times that it is turned off, and not have to pour out melted ice all of the time.
Had I known about these earlier I would have gone with a portable refrigerator instead of a Yeti.

Re: Yeti Coolers and Cups
I went to BJ's yesterday, and they had mugs by Sub-Zero.
Is that brand as good as Yeti?
Is the important thing that the cup be double-walled?

Re: Yeti Coolers and Cups
I bought the 30 oz. Walmart Ozark Trail model the other day, and am trying it for the first time now.
It certainly keeps the coffee hot, but I have an issue: the wraparound label won't come off. Other than soaking it for a week, does anyone have any ideas?
