Introduction

Hello.

I just joined your forum this evening. I’ve been wet shaving for eleven years, starting out with straight razors and adding DEs later. Like many, the my entry into the straight razor was initially about saving money. Oops. I’m from the Midwest, USA. My shaving preferences are for vintage straights and tallow soaps. Other pursuits are whiskey, cigars, and being outdoors.

Yes, one potentially could save money by limitiing themselves to onre razors, soap, aftershave. I prefered to go the other direction once I entered the straight razor world.
