Good Tuesday morning all...

Gillette Old Type w/ Sharpedge (2)
C&E BBB
NB signature scent shave cream
Thayers Cucumber WH w/ aloe
Nivea Extra Soothing a/s balm
Pino Silvestre Edt

After a day off from shaving the Old Type and 7OCY worked wonders with the NB lather. A BBS shave to be sure. I could get used to not going to work.

Razor: EJ Chatsworth
Blade: Super Iridium
Brush: Vulfix 2234 Super
Cream: Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood
A/S: Generic Witch Hazel, Ogallala Bay Rum & Sandalwood Splash

I used another of my favorite creams this morning, with excellent results. I like sandalwood any time of year and this morning's shave was a real pleasure. I'm getting near the end of my Taylor's Sandalwood, but since it takes such a small amount to make a great lather it will probably last for two or three more months in my rotation.

The Ogallala splash provided a very fine finish and I'm happy and refreshed.

TUESDAY

Schick Injector J w/74
Proraso green tub
Chubby 3 super 2 band
Proraso A/S splash

It’s been awhile since I’ve used the big chubster; a copious amount of very thick lather was the result!

Razor: iKon Bulldog Open Comb (2010 series)
Blade: Super Iridium
Brush: Shavemac D01 Horn
Pre-Shave: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Cream/Soap: Acqua Di Parma Colonia (Thanks Hansu)
A/S: T & H 1805 (Thanks Hansu)

I received a bunch of new things in the mail yesterday and decided to try them all for this morning's shave. The Acqua Di Parma, which I received in a trade, behaved more like a soft soap than a cream. A lima bean sized amount produced a copious amount of rich creamy and protective lather. This cream/soap is definitely top shelf and I will have to make sure to use less of it next time. It is fantastic!

The iKon Bulldog Razor exceeded my expectations. While the older models had a reputation for being overly aggressive, the 2010 model is a very efficient shaver but not at all aggressive despite weighing in at 100g. I received an irritation free BBS shave and give the new Ikon razor a thumbs-up. The 1805 aftershave was the perfect finish to a perfect shave.

Tuesday:
Schick Krona w/ Super Iridium blade
Opal silvertip brush
DR Harris Marlborough soap
Pitralon Classic splash
Burberry London EDT

My perception of the Krona's build quality wasn't good while I was cleaning it, but when I put in the blade, the razor snugged up nicely. I plan to use it the rest of this week.

Tuesday:

C&E BBB
Weishi
7 O'Clock Yellow
Cade soap
TGQ Aftershave

I've been nursing my way through my Cade puck after I heard it was being discontinued. However, my brother for some reason, feeling philanthropic, bought me two pucks of it! So now I can use it for the time being without being so worried about running out. Now if I could get him to find some Cade splash =P~
