Dovo Best str8 (wtg, partial xtg)
Muhle R106
USA Personna (5)
Rooney 3, 1, Super
MB Mysore Sandalwood Soap
I am starting to get back into straights again. I can tell that the Dovo is not near as sharp as the backup shave ready I just received. I will try to touch it up this weekend. The Mysore scent is so weak and almost like a vaseline scent. I really love the MB Dragon's Blood spicy scent--1 miss, 1 hit.

Razor: Merkur Progress XL
Blade: Astra Superior Platinum
Brush: Simpson Emperor 2
Soap: Erasmic
A/S: Generic Witch Hazel, Proraso ASB
Wow--BBS--Billiard Ball Smooth! The first couple of times that I used Erasmic, I didn't particularly care for it. However, I've found that it is capable of delivering a great shave. My theory is that it does not have a lot of cushion, allowing the blade to cut very close to the skin. Using the right razor and blade (and this is not the same for everyone, of course) with a careful, light touch can give great results. I came away with no nicks, weepers, or razor burn. I'm even starting to get on somewhat better terms with the scent of this soap.
