Hoffritz slant/Tesco
Rooney super 1/1 horn
Trumper's Coconut soap
Lucky Tiger Tonic
T&H Spanish Leather
I think a two pass shave with the slant would be more than adequate. I'm too much of a shavegeek not to add that final, wedding day, pass.

Thursday:
A DE. For the whole thing. The Mach3 just sat there. I looked at it occasionally, but didn't ever really feel the need for it at all.
It might not be a big deal to YOU, but it is to ME.
In specific:
Wilkinson blade in Gillette slim-handle adjustable at setting "4."
C. O. Bigelow's by Proraso cream in a tube.
Some cheap "Ever-Ready" plastic brush with dyed boar bristles that keep falling out.
Loved it!

Friday:
Kent BK4
??? Coconut shaving cream
Merkur HD
Limey Wilkinson Sword blade (#2)
Pinaud Clubman AS
I have no idea what kind of shaving cream it was, but it lathered well and the scent was nice. I was hoping it wouldn't have a strong coconut smell, and it didn't. I received it as a sample in a box from another member who didn't like it.

Gordon, I find the Feathers to be a little better than the Swedes, not that much though. I think it might be because of my thick beard, feels like steel when it's grown a few days.bernards66 wrote:Bruno, Well, I won't go near Feathers, so there you are. Who can explain it?

Friday
Merkur Futur
Israeli blade (threw out the Swede after starting the second shave with it)
