Where I live I only have access to dial-up ( ). It literally can take over an hour to download ONE three-minute video. Fortunately, my wife's work has a wireless high-speed network. I was thinking of taking my laptop there and downloading Mantic's excellent video's, but I need to be able to save them. Any help?

The simplest way is to install a Firefox extension such as VideoDownloadHelper.
