Muhle R41 (2009)
Shavemac (custom)*
Cella
Tabac aftershave

This 'silvertip' brush is very tough and scratchy, reminds me of a dense Simpson best brush. Not my cup of tea at all.

Monday, April 23rd

Razor: Fasan OC Slant*
Blade: Super Iridium*
Brush: Sinfix Grosvenor LE*
Pre-Shave: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Soap: Woods of Windsor (Tallow)*
A/S: Floid Blue*

An excellent shave with mostly discontinued products (marked with an *). The bakelite open comb Fasan slant was a real find. Despite feeling like something you may receive in a Cracker Jacks box, it does a fine job. =D>

Monday morning:

P.160
Simpson Special best badger
Muhle '11 R41
Vintage Wilk' Super+ Chromium
Kramperts Finest BR Reform' #1

I had to use the P.160 'cause it has been too long. Using up the Trumper samples will just need to wait one day.

The blade was a test blade and after such a fantastic beginning with the mild razors, it began giving me weepers with shave #5. This was #6 and the problem appears to be getting worse, I doubt that it's me. The blade was canned after the shave.

Pre-shave soap: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Razor: 1967 Gillette Slim Adjustable
Blade: Astra Keramik
Brush: Simfix Grosvenor LE Two-Band
Soap or Cream: Penhaligon's Blenheim Bouquet (tallow formula)
A/S: Dickinson's Witch Hazel
Trumper's Marlborough Splash

A fine shave with mostly out of production products (only the MRGLO and the Dickinson's Witch Hazel are still being produced). The old Gillette still has what it takes for a good shave!
