Today's blade of choice was
The Celebrated Wade & Butcher Sheffield. Good performer. If I was a daily straight razor user, it would be one of my small handful of favorites.

Nice shave this morning. I've used Fine soaps before but it's a first for this scent and I really like it.This Thater is a beast. I've had it quite awhile and it just doesn't want to give it up and break in. I should have another boar coming this week so I think I'll stick with them and use 'em like a government mule for a bit.

Today's straight razor is the "King's Hollow Ground". Probably from around 1840 to 1850.
