I have a stash of about 200 Derby Extra Blades. I find them somewhat harsh in certain razors like the EJ DE89L. However, I am finding that they work wonderfully in mild razors, such as my Feather AS-D2 and the Rockwell 6s on R2. They are really sharp to perform this well in mild razors for me. If you are not a Derby fan, give them a try in a mild razor

I will give it another try with a different razor. Five derby blades came with my recent purchase of the EJDE89L, and I found the first one of these blades too rough for me. Still have four left, so we'll see. Thanks for the tip.
