Shaving with a straw hat.

Post by John 5 »

Good day, gents. I've been away for a bit, actually still out on an extended vacation, celebrating my lady's birthday. I recall a not too distant thread, where a most unusual question was posed - what do you wear when shaving, or the like? Well, sporting a semi beard, I decided to shave, in the public restroom of a bar overlooking the ocean on Miami Beach, of all places. Used a bar of 'Avena Facial Bar' that my girlfriend;s friend had in her bag, along with a plain Bic, one of the white/orange ones. Great shave.

With a straw hat on. For what its worth, I smiled, and thought of you guys, and could not help but take a picture and check in.

Good day, gentlemen!

The Nortap insignia is definitely in keeping with that hat. Good work.

It's kind of dark, was this shot taken before or after the shave? No matter, great hat. I hope you're having a good time, and that's the main thing.

I was only kidding, I usually wear a hat I have two straw hats and a few others. I usually get a compliment or two everyday, it sometimes annoys SWMBO. :)

A bar overlooking the beach in Miami? Then shaving probably wasn't the most unusual activity going on in there at the time!

Good show, John, enjoy!
