No matter how bad I feel in myself I always feel better after a shave; my daily act of defiance.

Pre-shave soap: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Razor: 1948-50 Gillette Superspeed*
Blade: Super Iridium*
Brush: Simfix Grosvenor LE Two Band*
Soap or Cream: P.160 Tipo Morbido*
A/S: Dickinson's Witch Hazel, Wesley & Scott Lavender Balm*
A nice shave with the old Superspeed and the other out of production items, indicated by asterisks. Today is a rather hot day for a balm, but the Wesley & Scott balms contain menthol, which makes them comfortable for warm weather.

Becker scuttle
Homemade frankincense & myrrh preshave oil
Somerset Simpson Harvard 5 Best brush
Houbigant Fougere Royale shaving soap
Ever-Ready 1914 razor
Gem SS PTFE blade (5)
Truefitt & Hill Ultimate Comfort aftershave balm
Penhaligon's Lords cologne
A great shave. The H5 is a workhorse, and it lathered the FR soap excellently. The razor and blade are still good. The Lords is the only cologne I still have, and I'll never give it up.
