C&E BBB
Ogallala Bay Rum and Lemon Grass
40s Super Speed
Rapira (2)
Pinaud Bay Rum

One full overlapping pass. Partial pass along the jawline. Done and happy.

The soap has been in a large uncovered mug since April and no longer has any detectable scent but the performance is undiminished.

Now back to learning Python.

Sunday AM 09-02-12

Ach Brito Glyce preshave soap
Dirty Bird TSN LE Bill Bowl #2/50
Somerset Simpson Keyhole 2 Best (20/46)
Proraso original red formula shaving cream
Wilkinson Sticky
Wilkinson Sword Master (4)
Abercrombie & Fitch Woods aftershave balm (vintage)

A very good shave. I missed the warmth that my scuttles give to the lather; I may have to try floating the Bill Bowl in the basin water next time. The old Proraso is a great cream, cushioning and very slick. And the Woods balm, sort of midway between a lotion and balm in consistency, is as sooothing as anything I have ever used and has a fine scent.

Sunday Night:

Razor: iKon Bulldog (three-piece with safety bars)
Blade: Dorco ST301

Brush: Semogue 2015 silvertip
Soap: Mike's Natural Soap, Lime

Aftershave: Thayer's Peach Witch Hazel blended with a bit of lather and massaged into the skin.

This soap is very resistant to sudsing, but it also takes longer for the lather to build. I haven't heard anyone else make this observation, so it might not apply to face-latherers. I'm able to make a wet lather with minimal cushion that doesn't impede the cut, while still getting a very protective lubricity. I'm really pretty impressed.
