If You could settle on just one soap, Which one?

For me it would be would be TABAC. It it available, priced right, long lasting, and consistently works well for me. The scent is great, but that is not main the reason I like it.

What's your no. 1 soap choice?

Regards,
Roger

No, sir, we didn't! And MWF is my choice in winter, even though I use TABAC year 'round.

Probably Harris, based on ease of availabilty and scent. But I could live happily with Tabac, "descented" Arko, Haslinger, Fitjar and a few others.
Best,
Chris

Taylor's of Old Bond Street English Lavender hard shaving soap (old potassium stearate formula). It's almost all I reach for anymore except for the odd day here and there.

In response to the OP there is more than one brand of shaving soap that a shaver can use everyday to the exclusion of others. For me that would be like eating the same dish at every meal.

I've used far too few products to make a lifetime commitment, but today it would be Harris....

+1

But if I was on a desert island and the island genie gave me a wish for one soap in unlimited quantity, it would be MdC. Understand the genie is buying it.

But in my world I revert back to what Squire wrote. I can't pick just one.

But if the "one soap" was persued by questioning, after arm twisting it would be p.160 no doubt. But that'll run out unfortunately, so after that probably MWF or Speick.
