If I still bought brushes, those Oumo unsullied would be my pick. Like those amazing Somerset Simpson bests that would turn up now and then. Stiff, enough scritch to strip stove enamel. In a world of ghastly gel tips, truly a breath of fresh air.

This Monday morning's shave was outstanding. The shaving soap was MdC Rose soap. I'd run some water on top last evening so the hard soap would be a bit easier to build a nice lather with the synthetic brush. Glad I did that because the beautiful lather was the best ever. The resulting shave was just what I'd hoped for.

MdC Rose soap is amazing this week, and lucky me. The Thater badger brush went to work as usual,
and the result was positively unusual if compared to other shaving soaps.
You know what I'm talking about. P.S. Not a drop of tallow.
