6 days after I recieved an order from Truefitt and Hill, I get a handwritten (address and letter) thank note with a business card from the manager Brittney C. Jansen. Now that's good customer relations! It was even that big of an order (~$80)

I too had a handwritten note when I requested samples. I have even been exchanging emails with her reagarding Barber Shops in Virginia that do straight razor shaves.
Great customer service! I even suggested she join the board.

Hey guys I thought I was special when I received a note and card from Brittany . Unfortunately, I threw away the letter before the wife found it. She is a jealous woman .
I hope we all don't have this preconcieved notion that this Brittany looks liek another Brittany.
The fact that she is into mens shaving products and cologne doesn't hurt (or help??) either..
