Selling & Trading question

I've always been under the impression that SMF requires photos of the actual articles sold or traded and an accompanying note with seller's name and date shown in the photo. Is this a rule or am I mistaken? Most likely I have simply overlooked it.

Gary, I've never been under this impression. I have bought and sold without the benefit of photos.
